New social, gastronomic and cultural spaces were inaugurated  this Friday by the Office of The Historian of the City, as a tribute to Cuban childhood, youth and the 80th anniversary of Eusebio Leal´s birth.

Radio Reloj reported that , as part of the integral management of the Historic Center in the capital, two biplant restored buildings , located at the intersection of the streets Habana and Desamparados, were delivered to families that were living in in- transit communities.

At the former San Jose Warehouse, Helado Mío Ice cream Parlor was inaugutared, belonging to the MSMEs Produccciones Granado, where customers may enjoy between 12 and 15 ice cream flavours elaborated with high quality products and machinery coming from Italy.

Tribuna de la Habana newspaper reported that Helado Mío, undertakes a new line of work belonging to Living Havana, family business belonging to the non-state work modality, led by Sunamy Granado and specialized in pre-elaborated food and catering services.

Granado expressed that they are currently working in the  elaboration of home-made ice-cream, with around 12 flavours that embrace known flavours and new ones that have been created from the entrepeneur ´s innovation. Granado added that their goa lis to address a variety of public through recipes that might allow the customers to enjoy their offers even for those who are intolerants to lactose and gluten and people with cholesterol problems.

The hamburguer spot La Artesanal, next to become a MSMEs, also placed at San José Warehouse, will offer fully home made products such as hamburguers, sandwiches, juices , softdrinks.

 Presence of Leal

According to this press mean, at the end of this month, at San Gerónimo University, two multifunctional movie theater halls will be put in functioning , both of them  named after  the deceased intelectual and revolutionary Alfredo Guevara, as part of an international collaboration .

In regard to this space, Gramma  informed that the two halls will have a capacity for 60 people each and currently is an on going project .It is expected to be concluded for the next Book Fair to be held next April.

Yucasabi restaurant, at Obrapía No. 60, Cuban cuisine ´s promoter, will spread the manufacturing and comsumption of the Cuban casabe while introducing autochthonous recipes from every region in the country.

This Friday an invitation was made to visit the exhibit Leal, una mirada de fiñes, a pictorial tribute paid to Leal through the hands of children belonging to the Primeros Trazos Project.

Likewise, the head of Human Resources of the Office of the Historian donated to Casa Eusebio Leal the employment record of the Historian of the city. Meanwhile a spot  that highights Eusebio´s call for the archeology was inaugurated, concluded Radio Reloj.
