What is the name of the Cuban sculptor who created the monument known as the Cristo de La Habana?

The Cuban sculptor who created the Cristo de La Habana was Jilma Madera.

This monument, inaugurated in the eastern part of Havana Bay on December 24, 1958, has 67 pieces fastened by an internal steel frame and weighs 320 tons.

The Christ of Havana is 17 meters high and the pedestal measures three. Taking into account the elevation where it is located, it is almost located at about 80 meters above sea level. The statue looks to the west of the Cuban capital. The Christ appears standing with one hand on his chest and the other raised in an attitude of blessing.

In a very special way, the hands of the Christ stand out, which are very well made and each one weighs a ton.
