In which of the fifteen municipalities of Havana is the Callejón de Hammel located?

The Callejón de Hammel is located in the municipality of Centro Habana.
It is a place of great attraction for an exotic mural, of expressive intentions, representative of the rich inheritance bequeathed to Cuba by Africa. It owes its fame to that in the years of the forties in the twentieth century there began to gather a group of young musicians and performers who began to sing with a meaningful form from the emotional point of view and this made possible the emergence of what in the history of Cuban music it is known as the Feeling Movement.
Also more recently, in this alley, the painter Salvador González, influenced by the African heritage of our culture, created the most picturesque, grandiose and participative tribute to black grandparents, with their beliefs, rites and legacies. The muralist work is presented as a great artistic mural full of symbols and bright colors, phrases, elements of abstract tendency that are mixed with images of Afro gods, devils abakuas, polychrome boards and allegories that cover nearly 200 meters of facades, mixed everything this with curious elements.
