There are 153 critical patients and 231 in critical status.

Of the amount of patients diagnosed, 1552 belong to the capital, 1548(24+) of them are native and 4 imported. The death rate for Covid 19 in Cuba, in July 21, 2021 is 0.71 % per million inhabitants which is lower than the 2.14% for the world and the 2.61 % for the Americas region.
