Nicola Isaac is born in Havana

He started studying music with his mother Clara Romero, and later studied at the eminent Municipal Conservatoire of Havana. He got a degree as a professor of Theory, History and Aesthetics of music, as well as Sol-fa and Harmony. In consideration of his student Leo Brower, Isaac would become in the heart of the Cuban guitars.

He was born in March, 1939 in Havana. He is an outstanding Cuban musician and composer. He has taken part in tens of films not only in Cuba but also abroad. Likewise he has been working as a professor giving master classes, seminars and lectures in important cultural centers of the world. He has directed different symphonic groups in different countries. He was also an advisor of the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television, of the Vocational School Lenin and the Ministry of Culture.
