It was founded on April 25, 1948. It is a Cuban radio station with an informative cultural program specialized in the broadcasting of concert music, ballet, cinema, theater, plastic arts, literature and spaces of analysis on music and general culture.

It was a legal institution that was founded in 1842. It brought together legal professionals with liberal ideas. The Bar Associations in the country were institutions that grouped intellectuals with reformist ideas, which is why the Spanish colonal government regulated the practice of these professionals in Cuba.

It was constituted by Presidential Decree-Law No. 3382 of May 16, 1942. Its statutes were promulgated on November 16, 1943. It was known by its acronym CNP.

 

It is a local school with liberal tendencies that prepared its students in modern languages, English and French and trained them to incorporate new ideas, as the study of sciences, among them. He had a telescope installed to give his students a more complete education. 

It is the institution of higher studies of the Catholic Church which was founded in 1689. It was initially at the Historic Center of Havana. The building has two facades, one facing San Ignacio Street and the other facing San Telmo Street and now it is the Cultural Center Father Felix Varela. The new building for the Seminary is in the municipality of Guanabacoa and was opened on November 3rd, 2010.
